Strategy is pleased to annouce that Charles Fossler has joined the Strategy team!
Mr. Fossler has over 40 years experience in various aspects of the construction industry with extensive experience in the design, installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, life safety systems, process and pressure piping systems, smoke evacuation and pressurization systems. He has played an active management role in the planning, design, and supervision of on-site construction related activities to final close-out and certification of various commercial, industrial, and residential projects, both public and private, ranging from $5 million to $149 million dollars. He has been involved in many construction related claims regarding delays, construction defects, material defects, design errors and omissions and cost over runs.
