Mr. Richards is a Certified Cost Consultant, as well as a Planning and Scheduling Professional with over ten years of experience in managing construction-related assignments of varying sizes and complexity. Mr. Richards is a focused team leader with knowledge of site work, general construction, specialties, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. He has applied expertise with a wide array of project management computer applications. Mr. Richards is also an experienced teacher and presenter on a wide range of construction subjects at the corporate and university level. Mr. Richards has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
