Mr. Francovalle has over 10 years of experience working within the construction industry with special emphasis in project management including: construction cost and schedule delay analysis; change order and risk management; and negotiation of contract claims and compliance disputes. His professional experience with government contracts ranges from smaller projects, such as the Navy CLEAN environmental soils studies, to large multibillion dollar EPC projects, such as the United States Missile Defense Program.
