Mr. Keister has over 30 years of consulting and management experience in the domestic and international construction industry. Mr. Keister has experience with various project delivery methods over a wide range of project types and building systems in both the public and private sectors . He has successfully managed projects through all stages of design and construction including presentation of proposal packages, preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements, estimating, planning and performing on-site production, and resolution of claims and disputes.
Mr. Keister has claims experience with various project types and issues, with claim values in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Keister has testified in state and federal courts as well as arbitration hearings and mediation conferences throughout the United States.
