Strategy was retained initially to evaluate the claims made by various subcontractors related to delay, disruption and acceleration in the construction of the $216 million stadium project. Strategy also provided expert analysis and testimony with respect to the resulting lawsuit between one of the subcontractors and its surety against the construction manager and insurer.

The initial assignment included the evaluation of multiple subcontractor claims for delay, disruption, acceleration and damages and detailed negotiation with the subcontractors. The expert services phase of the assignment included detailed review of extensive project documentation, preparation of a critical path schedule analysis, report preparation, expert testimony at depositions and mediation presentations.

After multiple mediation sessions, the client reached a negotiated settlement of the lawsuit.
