History

Strategy, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Alfred E. Schaer to provide claims consulting and litigation support services for clients in the insurance, legal and construction industries. Over the next decade, Strategy expanded organically, establishing offices in Boston, Denver, Miami and New York. In 2005 and as a result of the firm’s rapid growth and positive financial success, Triton-Pacific, a private equity firm, purchased Strategy, Inc. and formed Strategy, LLC. Alfred E. Schaer was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In 2007, an additional location was established in Los Angeles. Shortly thereafter, management established a long-term expansion plan, which was approved by Strategy, LLC’s Board and implemented by Strategy’s management team.
