Strategy Welcomes Charles Fossler as Vice President of Strategy

 Strategy is pleased to annouce that Charles Fossler has joined the Strategy team!

Mr. Fossler has over 40 years experience in various aspects of the construction industry with extensive experience in the design, installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, life safety systems, process and pressure piping systems, smoke evacuation and pressurization systems. He has played an active management role in the planning, design, and supervision of on-site construction related activities to final close-out and certification of various commercial, industrial, and residential projects, both public and private, ranging from $5 million to $149 million dollars. He has been involved in many construction related claims regarding delays, construction defects, material defects, design errors and omissions and cost over runs.

Strategy Welcomes Eduardo Muhina as Vice President

Strategy is pleased  to announce that Eduardo Muhina has joined our team of professionals.
 
Eduardo Muhiña, a licensed Architect, with more than 30 years experience in architecture working with the private and public sector on all phases of a project. His experience includes planning programming, project design, interior design, the preparation of construction documents, quality control, construction administration, and surveying facilities for code compliance. His project management experience includes projects for the Miami International Airport, Tamiami Airport, Opa Locka Airport, school districts in Dade and Broward counties, new facilities design and construction at local universities and the unique expertise of multi-million dollar condominium and hotel renovations and additions. Furthermore Mr. Muhiña has been in charge of several condominiums surveying for code compliance and remedial repairs and the preparation of bid documents for construction. During construction he was on site reviewing work for compliance as well as participated in claim analysis, faulty construction inspection, reports and depositions.
